The Global Youth Parliament (GYP) is a bold, youth-led global platform created to ensure that the largest generation of young people in human history is not left on the margins of decision-making, but placed at the center of it. Across the world, young people demonstrate extraordinary creativity, leadership, and problem-solving ability; however, their voices remain underrepresented in national and global development processes.

GYP was established to close this gap by creating a structured pathway for youth participation in policy dialogue, innovation, and sustainable development. It is jointly initiated by and as a coordinated global initiative connecting youth from 30 countries.

Through this platform, young people form National Youth Parliaments, express their ideas through the Reluv platform, and translate those ideas into real community action through the Positive Virus movement facilitated by the Positive Plus Foundation. This integrated system ensures that youth voice is not symbolic — but actionable and measurable.

GYP is designed as a global ecosystem for youth leadership, civic engagement, and SDG-driven transformation. It strengthens the capacity of young people to influence public issues aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly in health, education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, and climate action.

Beyond engagement, GYP functions as a structured youth-led governance model, bringing together young people across borders — including marginalized communities often excluded from decision-making spaces. It develops policy positions, builds representative structures, and contributes youth perspectives to global discussions on justice, inclusion, and sustainable development.

By connecting voice, collaboration, and action, the Global Youth Parliament is redefining youth participation — transforming it into a continuous system of leadership and real-world impact.
